The location was stunning yet it was right next to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. We had lunch in Sparky's Grill, located nearby. Had facilities needed in our classic quadruple room, including central heating, an electronic key card, and TV👌❤

Rooms are big size and exceptionally nice with a scenic view, a balcony, for instance, food is good. The staff is nice and affable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istebna. The spa facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a variety of saunas and a relaxing salt room. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide selection of tasty dishes every morning. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cosy retreat after a day of exploring the nearby ski slopes. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

This triple room with a balcony and a private bathroom creates a fantastic atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea while admiring the views of the mountains. As a low-budget traveller, this room exceeded my expectations. The chalet with a private entrance, microwave, and kitchenware offers a homely feel, allowing me to prepare my own meals and have a cozy and convenient stay. The apartment with a balcony, stovetop, and flat-screen TV provides the perfect setup for a relaxing retreat, where I can enjoy my favorite shows while appreciating the picturesque views from the balcony. The room with access to the garden is a delightful feature, bringing nature right to my doorstep. It's a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or simply soak in the peaceful environment.

Personally, I found the lack of a mountain view in the double room disappointing. However, I understand that not everyone may prioritize this feature and can still enjoy a comfortable stay.

With its stunning terrace offering breathtaking views and amazing sunsets, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hotel's spa facilities were also top-notch, with a wide range of equipment including saunas, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, and a salt wall relaxation area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with the service ladies being efficient and helpful throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms with balconies were a great touch, allowing guests to enjoy the surrounding scenery right from their own space.

Some guests might find the street noise a bit disturbing, especially at night, which can affect sleeping quality and rest.

The location of the hotel is stunning, with beautiful mountain views. the spa facilities were fantastic, offering a wide range of equipment including saunas, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, and a small swimming pool. the restaurant on site has a nice terrace, and the food is reasonably priced and delicious.

The noise levels in some of the rooms left a lot to be desired. Some of the buildings face a busy street, and there is no sound insulation, leading to disturbed sleep for some guests.

The scenery surrounding the hotel is truly stunning and worth the trip alone. The wellness and spa facilities were very clean and relaxing, and the outdoor hot tubs were a great touch. The food at the restaurant was also delicious, with a good range of reasonably priced options.

The lack of sound insulation in some of the rooms was a real issue, as noise from other guests could be heard clearly during the night. some of the smaller buildings were located on busy and noisy streets, which detracted somewhat from the peaceful mountain setting.
